Scope Of Work
This project entails a 232,000 SF, seven-story patient tower, as well as a central utility plant and a 300-space parking garage. The project also includes a new lobby and connecting link to the new patient tower, numerous renovations within the existing facility, relocation of the main campus entrance road and complex utility relocations. This project is pursuing LEED® certification.
