Scope Of Work
Bridle Oaks consist of 225 acres of land development that Strongbox and Kite Harris Property Group have worked in tandem with the Town of Whitestown to establish a new TIF district. Projects include Kittle Property Groups, Meadows on Main, a fuel station, Bridle Oaks by Pulte Homes, and the soon to be Village at Bridle Oaks. New public infrastructure includes water, sewer, and new road development.
