Scope Of Work
Strongbox Commercial was engaged to construct the first facility within the Purdue Research Park Aerospace District. The $11.8 million, 52,000-sft facility houses a research and devel- opment team for Rolls-Royce and features incubator space for other companies interested in aerospace and aviation development. Strongbox Commercial has had a longstanding relationship with Rolls-Royce as a design builder and landlord since 2006.
