Scope Of Work
Situated in Zionsville’s South Village, this 2015 new construction features four retail spaces as well as a restaurant. Additionally, a 14,000 square foot single-story office space containing an open atrium of wood construction valued at 2.4 million sits adjacently and is the home of long-standing tenant Teays River Investments, LLC. The architecture used was intended to continue the historic feel of downtown Zionsville to the newly developed South Village.
