George’s love for his father, who was a successful general contractor, influenced him greatly in his own choice of careers and his entrepreneurial abilities. George attended Spring Garden College to study engineering and architectural drafting, learning cabinetmaking, as well as business development and leadership. He started his career in general contracting and commercial and multi-family real estate development. Once attaining certification in cabinetmaking, George’s career progression lead him to foreman, general manager and commissioned estimator for major plants in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. For years George had personal aspirations to own and operate his own facility. After successfully scripting the business plan, American Millwork & Cabinetry was launched in 2002. George is now President and CEO of American Millwork & Cabinetry, a multi-million dollar company that continues to grow and meet the challenges of business in the 21st Century
