Bryan Robik's Bio
Bryan Robik is the co-founder and managing member of Robik Glantz Builders, LLC and RG Development, LLC (collectively known as RGD). His responsibilities include identification and analysis of potential development opportunities, strategic planning and implementation.Since co-founding RGD in 1996, Bryan has successfully developed and built over 400 housing units as well as several commercial and industrial buildings. He has acquired over 20,000,000 of equity for the company’s investments and closed over 30,000,000 in credit lines for the company and its investment funds which has resulted in over 100,000,000 dollars in gross sales.
Ronit Glantz 's Bio
Ronit Glantz is the co-founder and managing member of Robik Glantz Builders, LLC and RG Development, LLC (collectively known as RGD).With nearly 20 years in the development and construction industry, Ronit currently serves as the Controller of RGD as well as the Senior Project Manager of their developments. She is responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, overseeing the administrative and financial matters of the two companies. As project manager, Ronit acts as the liaison between RGD’s construction team and sales team for the company’s various developments.After graduating with honors from Central Connecticut State University’s Business Management program, Ronit went into the family business and became one of the first female general contractors in Fairfield County. During her time at Landmark Homes Inc. Ronit ran the daily operations for the construction business and assisted in the origination of several million dollars in construction loans. She also assisted in the management of the company’s residential and commercial rental properties. She is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Real Estate Finance Association as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute.
William R. Finger's Bio
Bill Finger, Co-Managing Partner of Eastpointe, has over 30 years’ of diverse experience in the real estate industry including the development of multifamily communities, regional shopping malls, mixed-use projects, and big box retail. During the U.S. Savings and Loan crisis in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s Bill was a partner in an investment group that purchased office and hotel properties valued at $250 million from the Resolution Trust Corporation. A majority of the office properties were eventually sold to a NYSE listed office REIT. The hotel properties became part of a newly formed hospitality company which later through acquisitions and restructurings was sold to a major private equity firm. Earlier in his career Bill was part of an investment group that acquired 1,500 acres of commercial and industrial land in Florida’s Broward and Palm Beach Counties. After practicing law in New York City for two years, Bill began his real estate career as a development officer with Cadillac Shopping Center (U.S.) Ltd, the U.S. shopping center subsidiary of the publicly traded firm Cadillac Fairview Corporation. Bill volunteer activities have included membership on the Town of Greenwich’s Board of Parks and Recreation, the town’s Affordable Housing Task Force five terms as an elected member of Greenwich’s Board of Estimate and Taxation (finance board) . He currently serves as a member Greenwich United Way’s executive board and on the Greenwich Hospital Community Advisory Board. Bill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and Fordham University Law School.
