Our Story
Olympia Construction, Inc. (OCI) was incorporated in June 1989, by its principal stockholders Jeff Beaver and Ralph Fullerton. The corporate office of OCI is located at 404 E. McKinney Avenue in Albertville, Alabama. The owners and key personnel have a total combined experience of over 160 years in construction, development, management, and design of apartment complexes, townhomes and single-family subdivisions. OCI is owner, developer, and builder of both family and elderly housing in eight states throughout the Southeast, including Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
From its inception, the Company has been engaged predominantly in the construction and development of multi-family residential apartment complexes. Although most of the company’s efforts have been directed toward new construction, many rehab/renovation projects have also been completed for owners through contracts obtained through government financed bids and negotiated contracts. The Company has extensive experience in the administration of Government financed contracts and the associated standards, regulations, and documentation required for these contracts.
In excess of 6,000 units of new construction residential housing have been completed over the years in addition to the rehab/renovation units which currently exceed 1,200.
