Mason Manor is a new community in Commerce, Georgia that offers affordable, quality apartment living for senior adults age 55 and over. With the buildings’ elevators, residents can enjoy easy accessibility to apartments and the property’s amenitiesAre desirable or useful features on/in a property or unit. At the activity and community center, residents have a place to enjoy community gatherings and activities.

The community center is supplied with TV capability to broadcast instructional videos. The computer center offers high-speed access for educational or leisurely web-surfing as well as basic software applications to help facilitate personal, educational and career development. The on-site clubhouse features a kitchen, fitness room, and library. Residents enjoy an outdoor picnic area with grill and gazebo on the grounds.

Apartments are available in one- or two-bedroom floor plans, each equipped with central heat & air, washer/dryer connections, a private patio or balcony, range, dishwasher, microwave, disposal and refrigerator with ice maker.
