Scope Of Work

This project involved reinforced concrete and a mobile crane. Pre-task planning was done for all construction trades as they mobilized onto the site. The Menotti team laid out all safety requirements, including those in accordance with OSHA, and identified potential hazards as part of weekly construction meetings. Our workers took part in all major dangerous tasks such as tower crane installation, crane lifting task planning, and others.

Menotti served as the lead liaison with New York City’s BEST Squad inspectors, along with the site owner, contractors, construction managers, and all trades. We put together an initial project orientation presentation to ensure everyone who entered the site had the necessary credentials. By taking such a proactive approach, we were able to minimize the risk of site hazards.

It’s safe to say we cover all the bases at Menotti Enterprise. As is standard practice for every project, we developed a construction site safety plan and offered engineered drawings. Menotti protected the public, works, and adjacent properties during each phase of this project.
