Scope Of Work
The four-story Denton County Administration Complex involved 95,795 square feet of new construction, including a commissioners court with judge and commissioners suites and support s, a county justice of the peace court, and spaces for constable and human resources departments. Phase III also included over 12 acres of site development for parking, a community park, and water quality and utility improvements.
