Scope Of Work
This design/build office/warehouse is approximately 20,000 square feet. The eve heights are a minimum of 20 linear feet. The exterior is made of a combination of stucco and masonry. This project has heated and cooled office space with 600 square feet per unit, with a total of 11 units. Each unit is 1800 square feet, has access to the loading dock and they are metered individually to the power company. They each have an insulated roll up door to the warehouse area. Private office entrances and canopy are over the front entrances, the warehouse is insulated. The HVAC units were put on the roof to prevent theft and to maximize the use of limited site area the project was being built on.
