Scope Of Work
New medical office building, approximately 8,000 square feet, is a dialysis center consisting of office and administrative space, dialysis clinic, dialysis treatment center, dialysis in-home training area, and support area. Sitework included asphalt paving, site utilities (water, sewer, storm and electrical) and landscaping for this building and two (2) future buildings. It was a pre-engineered structural system with straight columns; pre-engineered standing seam roof system; structural metal stud and sheathing exterior perimeter walls; aluminum storefront windows and sliding entry doors with impact resistant glass.
