Scope Of Work
Phase I includes 75 mixed-income apartments, including one, two and three-bedroom floorplans. New units include open floor plans for the kitchen and living areas. The kitchens include granite countertops, modern appliances and central air conditioning. There will be 15,000 square feet of commercial space. This will include a community room, fitness center and computer room, in additional to a playground outside.
