Scope Of Work
Located in downtown Middletown, the Middletown Police headquarters was a renovation of 53,200-square feet and incorporated new construction of retail space. The building is used as a multi-use facility and includes retail spaces. Renovations included updated MEPS, high security system, new flooring, doors and hardware.
