EA Fish Development's first Florida project, Latitude on the River is a sleek 44-story condominium situated within a unique live, work, and play setting. It was completed on time and was #1 in unit closings in Miami-Dade County in 2007 and 2008 to date. The 452 luxury residences in this tower are complemented by the most extensive amenity packages anywhere in the Brickell neighborhood making Latitude a true lifestyle resort. Features include an open-air 11th floor deck-in-the-sky with a full-sized infinity lap pool, a fully equipped gym and aerobics/yoga center, multiple "party room" lounges, a 12-seat THX surround-sound movie theater and 360- degree views of the city. A business center, billiards room and bar, plus a 45-foot high breezeway that connects to the riverfront promenade and a waterfront restaurant complete the array of offerings.
