Scope Of Work
Phase 1 of the project included the design, fabrication, and installation of 120 sf of polished concrete counters in the new bar expansion of Broadway Bistro on Providence's West Side. The counters are formed using high-gloss formica concrete molds, resulting in a variegated surface in opposition to the uniform surface that one gets when smoothing concrete by means of a grinder. The imperfections of the surface are what gives the concrete counters their character.
