Adrienne Wood's Bio
Adrienne Wood partnered with from [in] form in 2009. She has fabrication and on-site construction work experience, and worked in an architectural firm for several years. With over a decade of experience in the architecture field, she is a principal of from [in] form, the head design consultant, company manager, and a designer.
Adrienne received her Masters in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in Civil Engineering. Adrienne has taught in the architecture department at the Rhode Island School of Design, as well as workshops and classes at RISD in the continuing education young artist program. She has also taught at the Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial, Wentworth Institute of Technology, Monash University, and the Metropolitan Regional Career and Technical Center (MET) in Providence.
Jason Wood's Bio
Jason Wood founded from [in] form in Providence, Rhode Island in 2008 to re-establish a design-build practice he previously had in Phoenix, Arizona. Jason began building homes in Arizona several years prior where he was a foreman for a crew of custom framers. With over two decades of construction experience, Jason is a principal of from [in] form, the on-site foreman and construction manager, head wood fabricator, and a lead designer.
Jason received his Masters in Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design and his Bachelor of Science in Design from Arizona State University. He was the recipient of the Sean Murphy Travel Prize (2000) and was awarded the ASU Design Excellence Award (2000 - 2002) from Arizona State University. Jason has taught core and advanced design studios, integrated building systems, and has advised thesis students at the Rhode Island School of Design.

Tyler O'Neil's Bio
Tyler joins from [in] form after completing his Master of Architecture from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Tyler is a lifelong New Englander, having lived in Southeastern Massachusetts for most of his life and he currently lives in Providence. With previous experience as a carpenter’s assistant and in design-build as a designer, he looks forward to building on these skills and knowledge at from [in] form. Tyler is a LEED Green Associate, is passionate about sustainable building practices, and the impact the built environment has on health and well-being.

Evan Laporte's Bio
As a lifelong New Englander, Evan comes to FIF after leaving almost 20 years in the corporate world. He previously led a team of Kitchen Designers, and managed relationships with trade vendors for an international European home furnishing company. His journey led him on a stint designing kitchens in the field. He found his passion for carpentry while renovating his antique home in New Bedford. Fast forward through some experience working with a general contractor and a fine finish carpenter fabricating built-ins and installing cabinets, he was excited for the opportunity to work in the design/build sector, contributing to the unique projects that from [in] form brings to life. Aside from Evan's passion for design and construction, he has a background in fine arts and graduated from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, Massachusetts. He works regularly in his studio painting and drawing landscapes and obsessively chases the saltwater fish species that inhabit the Northeast. Evan currently lives in South Dartmouth with his partner and two daughters.
Heley Precopio's Bio
Haley joins from [in] form after completing her Bachelors of Science in Architecture at Roger Williams University. Haley completed a double minor in Sustainability and Art and Architectural History which guided her interest in reclaiming and refurbishing furniture. She is an avid humanitarian who recently worked as an Intern at the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Providence office and a Project Manager for a nonprofit organization at Roger Williams University called Community Partnerships Program. Haley believes that all people deserve to live in creative and thoughtful spaces that are healthy for the individual and the environment.
Kim Benotti's Bio
Kim joins from [in] form with over four years of experience in building custom cabinetry, and residential remodeling. As a native New Englander, Kim spent twelve years in Northern California where she both studied and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Photography from Sonoma State University, and worked for a digital fine-art reproduction company. After returning to the Northeast, she became involved in the carpentry trade by a life-long fascination with houses. She strongly believes that the quality of a space is vital, and that it should both celebrate and respect our connection to nature.
Zach Etzel's Bio
Zach joins from [in] form after six years in the restaurant and agriculture industries, primarily working as a cheesemaker. He started in the field of residential construction in 2017 and looks forward to developing his skills as a carpenter. He graduated from Bucknell University with a BA in Environmental Studies.
