Scope Of Work
Stuart-Hobson’s arts integration and museum program serves students in sixth through eighth grade, combining the warmth of a neighborhood school with a full range of academic and extracurricular activities. During the DCPS Summer break of 2014, Broughton, the Design Builder, renovated the Stuart Hobson Middle School at Cafeteria, Lower Level, Science Rooms, Museum Atrium, Auditorium and added a North Addition. The 2015 summer break work included renovations at the Media Center, Streetscape and Football field. Stuart Hobson Middle School is anticipated to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
