The Listo Tax Building is a two-story, 3,289 SF professional office building. The structure is wood framed, all project concrete work self-performed by Outlier. The design is highlighted by modern finishes and large exterior windows designed to provide natural lighting to interior spaces. The open floor plan allows for a variety of tenant configurations. This hard bid project was completed on-time and on-budget.
