?completed in the fall of 2011, the historic "Maydestone" apartments consists of 32 rental apartments targeting moderate income level residents. The project is located at the key intersection of 15th & j streets on the border of midtown & downtown sacramento & across from the convention center & memorial auditorium. This project is a public private partnership between d&s development & the sacramento housing and redevelopment agency (shra). This national registered historic building incorporates significant green features.
