Millipore Sigma turned to KR Wolfe after facing a number of complex challenges related to managing the repair and maintenance services for their clients. Tenured staff that was able to adapt to new technologies was becoming harder to come by and costly to manage internally.
KR Wolfe enlisted 5 full-time field technicians whom are fully trained, certified and 100% dedicated to the Millipore business. The KR Wolfe technicians are staffed strategically across the US to support the business based on Millipore’s specific needs for 100+ facilities—keeping travel costs to a bare minimum, allowing for a 24-hour response rate and minimizing the cost and effort from Millipore internal resources.
