Scope Of Work

Effectively develop an efficient design and a timely construction schedule to enhance the aesthetics of the tight space while addressing all the applicable code requirements. Eliminate fire/smoke rolldown doors and capture as much corridor space as possible. Create a new entry with ADA dispensing. Repair existing damages to rated. Complete remodel the Picking and Technicians work areas.

Project included Fire Alarm, Electrical Voice and Data, Fire Sprinklers, Cameras, Monitors, Shaft Walls Framing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Windows, Millwork, Countertops, Flooring, Paint and installation of HH Flex pharmaceutical storage
units and Herman Miller Technician Work Stations.
