Scope Of Work
Bluewater was subcontracted to be the General Contractor on this project. Work included Salt Lake City Permitting, the install of new electrical services on floors 1-7 and also the catwalk, new metal stud framing, wall insulation, drywall, doors, door frames, hardware, painting, HVAC units, ducting, roof penetrations and bracing, roof patching, Fire sprinkler system upgrades and new sprinklers, DDC controls, Condensate Drain Lines, Fire Alarm, Vinyl faced ceiling insulation, and a new 400-amp electrical distribution system.
