Scope Of Work
Nike did a national rollout of the PFZ graphics package that included mannequins, mannequin platforms and shoe riser fixtures. A combination of magnetics, rigid panels, and fixture toppers required our team to come up with creative on site modification solutions.
Most graphics and fixtures needed either on site modification to fit into existing fixtures and frames, or required repair due to shipping damage. Our teams created successful installations while coordinating with store personnel and client reps.
Each location received their own online document storage folder with all completion pictures and paperwork, which our PM's could access anywhere, anytime. Real time reporting was available through out the project.
