Scope Of Work
Our long awaited Tom Thumb anchored shopping center, located at the southwest corner of Bruton Orand and F.M. 1171 (Cross Timbers Rd) in Flower Mound, Texas, with the recently completed F.M. 1171 road expansion. The site will offer only 25,000 SF of exclusive retail space. Chase Bank and Walgreens are committed to join the center.
The trade area has experienced exponential growth over the past ten years and has a population of over more than 130,000 people. The trade area includes the cities and townships of Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lantana, Double Oak, Copper Canyon, and Bartonville.
More than 1,100 residential building permits are issued annually in the immediate market area. With limited quality retail space and significant barriers to entry, this development offers a unique opportunity to reach an underserved customer base. F.M. 1171 was completed summer of 2011.
