Scope Of Work
Located in St. Louis’ Westport area, the hotel was built for business and leisure travelers alike. It is adjacent to the newly expanded WorldWide Technology and Edward Jones Headquarters, and a short drive away from Lambert International Airport.
With ample space on the selected site, Midas saw an opportunity to improve and expand guest amenities by creating St. Louis’ first dual-branding hotel. The 96 room Residence Inn and 88-room Fairfield Inn & Suites share an indoor swimming pool, modern fitness center, outdoor patio and 1,114 square feet of meeting space.
