The principal owner and president, Marcelo Cardenas, is a Professional Engineer, Land Developer and General Contractor, specializing in civil and structural engineering design and construction, with extensive experience in international business and construction administration.

His experience of over 22 years and his involvement in the design and construction of multiple professional projects have given Marcelo the recognition and respect of professional entities and clientele in the building industry. Having been involved in several construction projects since 1992, his experience includes land development and infrastructure construction, numerous housing projects, multiple high-end custom homes, and commercial buildings.

Originally from Northern California, Lance brings 25 years of Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Development experience to the team. By being in Southern Nevada for 20 years, he has witnessed first-hand all of the major changes and growth for all of Nevada. This experience has allowed him to have a better understanding of how to minimize costs and expenses on different projects, and has given our clients greater potential to maximize their investment. Lance and our professional team will ensure that all of our customers' needs for their project are understood, and met to their expectations.
