Capitol CM has extensive experience in as a Lead Construction Process Management. Frank has led projects utilizing some of the most current and innovative Lean Construction Tools. His background in Lean Process Improvement helped save a valuable amount of time and money on multiple projects. In addition, he was the Lean Champion for projects, training and scheduling the project leadership team, owner staff, and subcontractor staff.
