Wycoff Development & Construction, LLC is a full service design/builder of commercial buildings based in Houston, TX. Our goal is to meet the Client's construction needs with a focus on what is important - Economy, Quality, and Speed. WDC has a fully integrated team of professionals that can handle the entire building process including planners, architects, engineers, permitting and construction supervisors. WDC has developed over 5,500,000 square feet of commercial space including multi-story office, tilt up warehouse, office/warehouse, retail centers, and medical facilities.
