Regency Construction Services, Inc. was founded over two decades ago by Tari Rivera. What began from her vision to provide a client centered approach, delivering construction projects and a three person staff, has grown to a sustained firm of forty-five professionals delivering projects Statewide from our Lakewood based headquarters and our Columbus branch. Although the firm has grown and prospered over the years, our philosophy of maintaining our client center focus has not waived or diminished.

A significant portion of our work is for community based clients such as Public and Private PK-12 schools; College and Universities; Healthcare providers; Faith Based Churches and Centers, and many other uniquely focused family care facilities where becoming a stakeholder in the decisions made help to advance each project in a positive and unified manner. To Regency, the end of a project is more than having completed quality work on-time and on-budget, we take great pride in affixing our name to a project that will serve the community for generations to come.

In the building community world, we are considered a small to medium sized firm, which is fine by us because included in our philosophy and corporate structure is the ability for each of our projects to be led by a Principal of the firm that further galvanizes our stakeholder approach and streamlines our decision making process. We have made a significant impact on projects by being the best right sized firm rather than the largest.
