Regency Construction Services, Inc. served as the General Contractor for the renovation of Catheterization Laboratory #4 at the Cleveland Clinic's Fairview Hospital.
Regency Construction Services, Inc. provided General Contracting (JOC) services to the Cleveland Clinic for the renovation of Catheterization Laboratory #4 at Fairview Hospital.
The second-floor interior renovation of the laboratory and control room included selective demolition and installation of new catheterization equipment supplied by Philips. The project scope also included plumbing, fire suppression, HVAC, and lighting upgrades. New flooring, medical gas, WAGD systems, millwork, wall protection, steel, and medical equipment were also installed in the laboratory and control room.
During construction, Regency discovered the ceiling did not have enough space for the mechanical equipment. To stay at the required height for the Philips equipment, Regency created a new plan to order 6” diffusers for the ceiling in lieu of the 9” diffusers originally planned for. The lead time for the new diffusers brought the timeline down to the wire, however our team successfully completed the project in time for the laboratory to host it’s first patient.
