Scope Of Work
Regency Construction Services, Inc. serves as General Contractor via Job Order Contract to complete interior renovations at several Cleveland Clinic outpatient care facilities in Lorain County.
Amherst Cooper Foster – Facility Reactivation
Regency provided General Contracting (JOC) services to the Cleveland Clinic for the reactivation of their Amherst Cooper Foster facility. To convert the currently unoccupied, unused space to an outpatient behavioral health unit, the project included selective demolition and interior renovations.
Selective demolition included the existing walls, windows, doors, door frames, plumbing fixtures, and laminate countertops. New doors, door frames, laminate countertops, and hand washing sinks were then installed in addition to new flooring throughout. Additional scope included widening hallway corridors to meet ADA accessibility requirements, infilling existing door and window openings, and reworking mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. A new lobby / reception area and IT closet were created as part of the renovation.
Regency self-performed numerous carpentry aspects of the project including rough carpentry, doors, frames, hardware, drywall, and casework.
Lorain Family Health and Surgery Center – Conversion to Exam Room
Regency also served as the General Contractor (JOC) for the conversion of office space to an exam room at the Cleveland Clinic’s Lorain Family Health and Surgery Center. The project scope included interior renovations to the lobby and one exam room.
Interior renovations included selective interior demolition, new BBT flooring and base, fresh paint, new drywall, installation of a lock set on the door, and installation of a new sink in the exam room.
Furnishes and installation of millwork, a new wall in the office area, and mounted mirror and coat hooks were also part of the project’s scope.
Regency self-performed the installation of drywall, millwork, and hardware throughout the space.
