Colina Vista is a group of existing apartment buildings, currently occupied, which needed renovation. It serves as a helpful community for low-income families.
The Staples team went in with the intent to make every apartment safe, secure, and stunning. All 35 units received repairs and updates in stages, achieving the best possible efficiency without disrupting the tenants too much.
