Scope Of Work

The Hampton Inn project was a comprehensive renovation of a three-story, 60,000 sq. ft hotel located in Channel Islands, California. Work consisted of improvements to the concrete, interior suite improvements, lobby, bathrooms, corridors, waterproofing, rough framing, roofing, drywall, paint, stucco, door and hardware, windows, store fronts, cabinets, wallpaper, tile, HVAC, fire sprinkler system including, new domestic water distribution piping and electrical. Site improvements including demolition, landscaping, ADA access and signage, new pool and courtyard.
