Staples Construction has successfully completed over 400 JOC (Job Order Contracting) projects for San Jose State; a total of $27M in work. We’ve handled renovation of the stadium, chemical laboratories, the computer center, several classrooms, and offices.
We’ve also taken care of ADA compliance updates, tennis and sports complex maintenance, auto maintenance facility updates, roof replacement, HVAC systems, emergency “bluelight” system installation, and putting in concert hall lighting.
