Scope Of Work

The Snapdragon Place project is located in Ventura, California. These apartments are the second phase of a two-phased affordable housing community project for the non-profit organization, Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation. This portion of the project consists of 22-units across five (5) two-story type V-A buildings on an approximately one (1) acre site in Ventura, CA. The total building area is 19,921 sq. ft with site improvements that include covered parking with photovoltage panels, trash enclosures and courtyard community spaces with seating areas, decorative hardscape, play structures and drought-tolerant and native landscaping.
