Scope Of Work

Located on the Las Vegas Strip, this unique Flagship Design incorporates cutting edge urban sensibility with timeless design.  Custom lighting installations, 14' video board, back-lit graphics and potential venue for loyal customers to exchange their "I Do's" really make this a Vegas worthy destination.

The Las Vegas Taco Bell Cantina is store number 7000 for the Taco Bell Fleet and represents their new Flagship Design.  It introduced their new logo and is one of the first Cantina's (alcohol serving) stores to open; the entire design team was challenged to create a one-off facility that was "Vegas Worthy" while maintaining and promoting the brand.  

This project was a collaborative effort with Core States Group, Taco Bell, and the Franchisee ownership team; they are an amazing group of people who love to push the envelope.

From the building design standpoint, we partnered with Malone, Finkle, Eckhardt & Collins for the MEP design and James F Turner, Engineers for the Structural Engineering.

The grand opening was Monday, November 15th and was celebrated in Las Vegas style! They are open 24/7 and located right on the strip... everybody needs to check them out.
