Scope Of Work

A contemporary home designed for a steep, upslope lot in Kirkwood Meadows (7,900 ft. elevation). The design takes in the panoramic views of the valley and mountains and incorporates materials which will withstand the severe climate and heavy snow loads common to the area. The four story home is stepped into the hillside allowing ground floor access to all living spaces. A continuous skylight at the ridge accents the view of the majestic red cliffs immediately behind the home. Construction was completed in Fall, 1997.
