Scope Of Work
This 10,000+ sq. ft. commercial building was designed to accommodate a variety of business enterprises. It’s versatile design allows the potential for numerous uses ranging from medical facilities and doctor’s offices to retail stores and restaurants. The building fronts on Highway 108 in East Sonora providing all tenants with very high visibility from the main highway. This building received the New Building Award from the Tuolumne County Chamber of Commerce. All architectural, structural and civil drawings were done in-house.
