Scope Of Work

This 3,500 sq.ft. high elevation fire station was detailed for durability with a three foot tall concrete perimeter wall to assist with snow removal while protecting the building from drainage during the process. The hydronic radiant floor system was designed to effectively keep the equipment at a specified minimum temperature throughout the winter months at the lowest possible cost. Our services included site grading, drainage, and utility plans, as well as architectural design and construction documentation.
