Scope Of Work
The goal of this project was to provide a warm, safe, environment for children in need of interim housing on an emergency basis. It was important that the design of this 3,413 square foot building along a busy road create a homey, secure atmosphere while addressing the unique needs of children at risk. A portion of the 2,800 square feet of living space is residence to a permanent foster family housed there. Budget constrictions required creative solutions to meet the needs of all parties.
