Scope Of Work
We are all on-board and excited to be part of the National Railroad Museum Renovation and Expansion project team. This 150,000 SF project includes a showcase roundhouse for the collection of rolling stock and small scale collections, classrooms, offices, gift shop, theater, lobby, shop facilities, and multi-use rooms for special events. The project also includes parking, landscape improvements, and repositioning of rail tracks leading to the building. Berners-Schober Associates Inc. and Stantec Architecture are the project architects and The Samuels Group is providing pre-construction and constructions management services.
