Scope Of Work
This project was a new 7,151 square foot tenant build-out within part of the first floor of the 311 Financial Way building. The project consisted of a reception/ lobby, multiple conference and collaboration rooms, administrative offices, open office workstations, a state of the art corporate training room and a kitchen/break room. Schenck was able to combine their existing Wausau and Plover branches together at this singular location, allowing them to more efficiently serve their clientele and be better positioned for future growth.
