Scope Of Work

Under the M-FLEETS contract, KBR provides turnkey enterprise services for law enforcement mobile evidence collection, video analysis and long-term archiving, along with command-and-control capabilities.

KBR’s service platform is built for the U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) using industry-leading commercial products from Panasonic, Microsoft, AT&T, Verizon, and other key vendors. The DoD Impact Level 5-authorized and FedRAMP High Ready end-to-end video evidence management service includes dashcams, computers, microphones, and a mobile communications kit installed in General Services Administration (GSA) FedSLEEVES-standard military police and fire vehicles. These technologies are integrated using secure network communications including an evidence management application and database service hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud. KBR’s service also includes data center-hosted evidence archiving with affordable, long-term storage and the option to own your data forever.

KBR's solution is automated to ensure reliable video recording and transfer without officer intervention or engagement. KBR outfits and supports 300 U.S. Army military police vehicles with a future expansion of service to include 1,600 U.S. Army vehicles, more than 40 contiguous U.S. installations, and other Department of Defense and federal law enforcement organizations.
