Scope Of Work

KBR’s Government Solutions business segment has the privilege of supporting the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) program for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). This opportunity enabled KBR to expand on decades of health and human performance experience while serving operators within the U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF).

The POTFF mission addresses the unique needs of these warfighters and their families using a holistic approach to build resilience and improve overall well-being. In order to be mission-ready at all times, KBR ensures SOF personnel have access to care from a full spectrum of human performance professionals. KBR trainers aim to increase operator’s physical, psychological, cognitive, social, as well as spiritual capacity throughout their careers.

As threats and environments evolve, our main goal is keeping our performers at the top of their game and stabilized. Services include performance-based strength and conditioning programs in addition to rehabilitation using the latest technological advancements to accelerate the warfighter's return to duty. Psychological, social, and spiritual wellness programs are also available through individual, group and family counseling options.

KBR’s custom-tailored programs meet each individual operator where they are today in order to prepare them for tomorrow, wherever that may take them. In addition to mission readiness, POTFF aims to equip operators and their families to face challenges with realism and proactive grace supported by the attentive care of the POTFF program.

Project Highlights

KBR’s POTFF team consists of approximately 500 personnel across 21 health and human performance labor categories including clinical psychologists, social workers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, dietitians, nurses, strength coaches, data scientists, and other experts.

The POTFF team spans across the globe covering 37 geographical locations worldwide.

This specialized workforce supports thousands of special operators and their families in the U.S. Air Force, Army, Marines, and Navy.
