Clint Stencil Construction began in 1979. Clint was a life-long resident of Sioux Falls born in 1956. During high school he worked in construction during the summers. After high school, he decided to pursue an education at South Dakota State University. He also took numerous business courses through the National Association of Home Builders. Not long after his educational pursuits, he started what is now the leading Regional building company.

Clint has over 39 years specializing in the residential and commercial industries. With over 1,500 homes built, 2,500 apartment units built, 8 upscale developments and over 50 commercial projects – he brings premium quality and craftsmanship to every project. He is currently focusing on the multi-family arena. Due to considerable flooding in the  Midwest Stencil is also working on damaged businesses and homes.
