Gruenthal Construction and Development Corp. We are a full service General Contractor/ Structural Shell Construction Firm, and have been involved in the construction industry in South Florida since 1974, with expertise ranging from single residential projects and multi family developments to large commercial projects.  Prior to entering the South Florida market, the company was engaged in building projects in Canada and Germany.

Mr. Gruenthal’s experience is that of a third-generation builder. He is a Graduate of Allstate Construction College of Florida and holds the following professional licenses and certifications: Florida Certified General Contractor, Florida Real Estate Sales License, and Community Association Manager’s License. His pleasant personality and attention to detail have earned him a reputation as a consummate professional in the construction industry.
