HP Inc. and JLL Commercial Real Estate engaged Burnside to oversee and execute a comprehensive decommission of a warehouse they had utilized as a distribution center and office for more than 20 years. Our team removed all interior finishes, equipment, conveyor belts, racking, IT/Data equipment, interior walls, repair restrooms, and repair mechanical equipment.
