I ordered through you a couple weeks ago for an event we were having in Annapolis and wanted to share positive feedback. Had a delivery and wasn't at the location when placed. I then realized I hadn't given any instruction on where I wanted it placed. I called and spoke to a guy named Dave. Was very helpful. Not only did he have a guy come back within 10 minutes, he also let me know the other options available when I mentioned the color of the restroom was a little bright for my liking. The driver who arrived moved it to where I wanted it but I was a little fearful it could tip being on a slight hill. He went in and tried to knock it over from the inside and it wasn't budging. Then Dave called me back within a couple hours to make sure I was satisfied. Our event went off without a hitch. I just wanted to thank all 3 of you for the excellent customer service. Very impressive!!!!!!!! Should change your name to Waytugo!!!! Will absolutely use and recommend your company in the future.

I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you for the very nice service I received from Joan when I had a very unfortunate incident happen a couple weeks ago. I accidently dropped my brand new iPhone 6 down one of your porta-pottties at Dacha in DC (yes, I learned a big lesson there). Anyway, it was important for me to try and get it out, even though I know it wouldn't be working, because I had AppleCare through Apple and could turn it in back in as a claim for water damage. That meant an $80 replacement vs $750 for a new phone.
Joan was very helpful and sympathetic and assisted me with meeting the technician at Dacha one morning so I could retrieve it. Without her help, I would have given up and resigned myself to spending $750 for a new phone.
I do feel bad for the people at the Apple store, but some stories don't need to be re-told in full -- haha. Anyway, please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to Joan for helping me through this crappy process. Sorry, I couldn't resist the joke.
I wanted to let you know that it was a pleasure working with your representative who dropped off the equipment on Thursday. He was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough with explaining and setting up the equipment. Thanks again for making our special day exactly what we wanted it to be.
