Rod Halbert  burst on the scene in 1989 serving the commercial development industry by providing expert construction services for many regional mall developers, shopping center owners, food court operations, and national restaurant chains. His  commitment to quality and integrity are unparalleled in the industry and he earned the reputation of exceeding his clients’ expectations.  Working as a licensed contractor and consultant for such developers and Homart Development, Macerich Company and The Cordano Company Rod has developed relationships that he has held close for many years.

Today, Phoenix Builders draws on the success of these respected relationships to provide General Contracting services that will consistently meet and exceed the expectations of their clients.
